Festival amaterskih pozorišta Kulisa

 

Festival Kulisa osnovan je sa idejom da kulturno osvesti, pre svega, mlade, podigne svest o značaju negovanja pozorišnog stvaralaštva, približavanja modernih pozorišnih tendencija publici, podsticanja masovnosti i kvaliteta pozorišnog amaterizma u regionu, kao i obogaćivanju kulturnog života grada Kragujevca.

 

Primarni cilj festivala je približavanje pozorišne umetnosti studentima, srednjoškolcima, ali i široj kragujevačkoj publici, i to kroz predstavljanje najnovijih i najkvalitetnijih ostvarenja amaterskih pozorišta iz zemlje i regiona, ali i povezivanje aktera amaterske pozorišne scene sa ciljem afirmacije i promocije upravo ove scene i pozorišne umetnosti generalno.

 

Koncepcija festivala omogućava ne samo ulogu pasivnih posmatrača, već i ulogu aktivnih učesnika kako programskog dela, kroz predstave, tako i pripremnih i propratnih aktivnosti u toku realizacije festivala, a sve sa ciljem kreiranja okvira u kojem im je omogućen direktan kontakt sa pozorišnom umetnošću, ali i razmena iskustava, znanja, kulturnih sadržaja na nivou regiona.

 

Kulisa je takmičarskog je karaktera, a pravo učešća na festivalu imaju akademska, amaterska pozorišta, kao i neprofesionalne pozorišne trupe iz Srbije i regiona. Na programu festivala može se naći najviše 8 predstava. Sve prijavljene predstave podležu selekciji koju, zajedno sa Umetničkim savetom, vrši zvanični selektor festivala, kompetentno stručno lice iz oblasti pozorišnog stvaralaštva.

 

O nagradama odlučuju dva žirija: stručni žiri, koji čine tri člana, a koje iz redova dramskih umetnika i kompetentnih ličnosti iz oblasti dramske pedagogije bira Savet festivala; žiri učesnika, koji čine predstavnici trupa koje se takmiče (po jedan iz svakog ansambla), a po čijem postojanju je festival Kulisa jedinstven među amaterskim pozorišnim festivalima Srbije.

 

Prateći program festivala čine i razgovori o predstavama u formi okruglog stola, kao i dramske radionice namenjene učesnicima, ali i posetiocima festivala, susreti sa istaknutim pozorišnim umetnicima, tribine i otvoreni razgovori o pozorišnom stvaralaštvu, ulozi pozorišta u savremenom društvu, o poziciji i problemima amaterskih pozorišta, a sve sa ciljem što efikasnije afirmacije pozorišne umetnosti i amaterizma, i razvoja i edukacije što većeg broja pozorišne publike.

 

Tradicionalno se održava od 2015. svake godine i to druge nedelje u martu mesecu.

 

Festival se već od svog samog početka izdvojio kao manifestacija koja značajno utiče na profilisanje kulturnog i pozorišnog života grada Kragujevca.

Kulisa Amateur Theaters Festival

 

Kulisa Festival was founded with the idea of raising cultural awareness, mainly with young people,  thus stressing the importance of fostering theatrical creativity and bringing modern theatrical tendencies closer to the audience, encouraging  theatrical amateurism in the region, as well as enriching the cultural life of the city of Kragujevac.

 

The primary goal of the festival is to bring theater art closer to university students, high school students but also to the wider audience through the presentation of the latest and highest quality amateur theaters performances from the country and the region. Also it strives to connect the actors of the amateur theater scene with the clear aim of affirming and promoting this very scene and theater art in general.

 

The concept of the festival provides the audience not only the role of passive observers but also the role of active participants both in the program part, through performances and preparatory and accompanying activities during the festival realization, all with the aim of creating a framework  which enables the audience to have direct contact with theater art and also an exchange of experiences, knowledge, and cultural contents at  regional level.

 

Kulisa theatre Festival is a competition. Academic, amateur theaters as well as non-professional theater troupes from Serbia and the region  are entitled to participate in the festival. A maximum of 8 performances are allowed on the festival program. All registered performances are subject to selection, which together with the Arts Council, is carried out by the festival’s official selector, a competent expert in the field of theater arts.

 

The awards are decided by two juries: an expert jury, consisting of three members chosen by the Festival Council among drama artists and competent persons in the field of drama pedagogy; jury of participants, made up of representatives of the competing troupes (one from each ensemble). Participants jury makes  Kulisa festival unique among other amateur theater festivals in Serbia.

 

The accompanying program of the festival consists of discussions about performances in the form of a round table, as well as drama workshops aimed for participants and visitors of the festival, meetings with prominent theater artists, panels and open discussions about theatrical creativity and the themes are- the role of theater in contemporary society, the position and problems of amateurs theaters all with the aim of affirming theatrical art and amateurism as effectively as possible in education of  theater audiences.

 

It has traditionally been held every year since 2015, in the second week of March.

 

From its very beginning, the festival is an event that significantly influences the profiling of the cultural and theatrical life of the city of Kragujevac.
